1. Yoga
Yoga is the natural and most effective cure for all health problems. It ensures good health and fitness. Some of the yoga exercises also prevent hair loss by enhancing the circulation of blood in the scalp and reducing the level of stress. Include yoga in your everyday routine for good hair and flexibility.
Follow the below yoga techniques for better results-
- Sarvangasana
(Shoulder stand):
It increases the supply of blood as well as nutrients in the scalp region, thus prevents hair loss. Shoulder stand is also beneficial for thyroid problems and heart health.
- Adho

It Calms the brain and helps relieve stress and mild depression. This pose also increases blood and oxygen circulation in head and face thus stimulate the scalp's nerves.

2. Good hair care routine
A good hair care routine will not only reduce hair fall but will also improve hair quality. You should always use products that suit your hair type.
4 H's of my hair care routine:
- Hair oil: The most important step of my hair care routine is applying coconut or herbal oil into my hair. During the workdays, I apply a very gentle amount and on holidays I make sure I do proper scalp massage for a couple of minutes with essential oils.
- Hair wash: Wash your hairs twice a week with a mild shampoo. It will keep your scalp clean and will lower the risk of dandruff. Do not brush your web hair because web hairs are the weakest so the chance of hair fall can increase.
- Hair conditioning: Now, this is the game-changer. Include deep conditioning into your hair care routine and then see results.
- Hydration: keep yourself hydrated by drinking at least 8 cups of water a day. It will help in the growth of healthy hair and will also make your skin glowing.
3. High protein and vitamin
Include the following high protein and vitamin food items in your daily diet-
Carrots- It is rich in vitamin A and provides excellent nourishment to the scalp.
Walnuts- one of the most hair-friendly nuts as it is full of zinc, iron, vitamins, and plenty of protein. But it should be taken in a limited quantity.Oats- oats are loaded with fiber thus provides good hair with heath.
Eggs- You should eat eggs for a head full of healthy hair.
4. Stop heating and styling your hair
Heat weakens hair proteins so limit your use of hairdryers, straighteners, and curling irons. Also, frequently wearing a hairstyle that pulls on your hair can cause permanent hair loss so stop wearing such hairstyles.
5. Make an appointment to a hair salon for hair loss treatment
Good hair salons offer all types of hair care facilities and treatments. All you need to do is just book an appointment and give them a chance.
6. Get a water filter
Installing
a water filter in your shower will remove chlorine, bacteria, and other
substances that could cause hair damage and breakage.
